The report is valid and I believe the reporter is trying to indicate that the phishing protection alert page does NOT get displayed when visiting a reported phishing page. Proof: With the Preference|Security 'Block reported web forgeries' checked, go to the Firefox demo page http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/its-a-trap.html The page itself displays -no warning is displayed. The report should remain open, yes?
