With Unity (Ubuntu 12.04) it's quite a little bit more confusing because
the OK button is not seen at all. The Alt + mouse trick works and if the
window was maximized before clicking on "Build". But the window is not
sizeable like mentioned.

Screen resolution 1024 x 768.
The Ctrl-Mouse trick works fine, nevertheless it is still a bug.

Which screen resolution is this at?
You can move the window by holding down control and using the mouse, that way 
you will be able to reach the ok button.
