I can't upload the crash file, although it seems to get updated every time the launcher crashes. When I try, I get a dialog saying 'No such file or directory' and no output to the terminal. Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we need some more information in order to resolve this. The best thing to do is to use apport when it comes up to notify you of the crash. If this doesn't happen, you may try checking /var/crash to see if there is a new .crash report there on netbook- launcher and run 'ubuntu-bug .crash file' where .crash file is the path/filename of the netbook-launcher crash file you found there. Also, when you choose to shutdown, the launcher disappears, but the machine does not shutdown.
