I think the problem lies during automatic upgrade wherein the upgrade source
is not accessible.
The problem is now fixed because i re-route the path of the source. To
answer your questions:
* Is this reproducible? --- No
* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
* what version of ubuntu do you use? -- 9.04 (Linux ph300-desktop
