Now the matroska is supported for me with vobsub and .srt. However, the vobsub aren't displayed (only sometimes green artifacts on the top) with matroska in the lucid version. This happens to me as well. In addition, mplayer will show subtitles by default, which it should not do, so presumably the bug is in some underlying codec library. Surely this is at least medium? It makes watching matroska files with more than one soundtrack, or with subtitles, impossible... It should also be noted that subtitles are not actually selectable from the subtitle menu. Totem simply shows there being no subtitles despite displaying them. This means the user cannot turn them off or change language.
