You are most likely seeing https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/netbook- launcher/+bug/411530, or some variation thereof. Due to a lot of changes going in recently, there was some instability introduced to netbook-launcher. Most of these have been fixed though. Could you please update, and see if netbook-launcher is still crashing for you? If so, apport should pick up on the crash and offer to let you report a bug. If not, look for a recent .crash file for netbook-launcher under /var/crash, and use 'apport-cli -c ' to submit the information from it to this bug.
