Running Gutsy Tribe5 with the latest updates and I have had this message appear too. My Network-Manager is: ii network-manager0.6.5-0ubuntu10 network management framework daemon ii network-manager-gnome 0.6.5-0ubuntu8 network management framework (GNOME frontend It also asked for my WEP key again at that point of login. I re-entered this and everything worked. I then rebooted and the error was gone. The interesting thing for me here is that sometimes upon login, my standard Ubuntu theme isn't applied properly.
