Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kdelibs
There's an upstream bug report for this problem KPart shows a strange menu after first rightclick https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=186745 The issue was fixed in 4.3.1 but I still can reproduce in a fully updated karmic installation. Apparently the patch for this one didn't do in time for the final 4.3.1 packages. Weird thing is that packages in other distros seem to have included the fix.
