Its human theme with dust window border , and some color tweaking. Its the same though with pure human theme also.At least i find it 'not easy' to select borders. Are you sure that's the Human theme? It looks like some other theme to me... I can't remember the name at the moment, but I used it for a bit, and I noticed the same thing.
