Change line 53 in aptBackend.py form this:

_syslog = logging.handlers.SysLogHandler(/dev/log,
logging.handlers.SysLogHandler.LOG_DAEMON)

to this:

_syslog =
logging.handlers.SysLogHandler(logging.handlers.SysLogHandler.LOG_DAEMON)

KPackageKit seems to working and I don't have any error messages now.
But I don't know that the logging is working.
