1) Open a new Calc document
2) Unprotect some cells
3) Protect Sheet with option "Select locked cells" unchecked
- Locked cells can't be selected, which is the right behavior
4) Save & close & reopen document
5) Locked cells CAN be selected, which is NOT right
6) Unprotect Sheet and protect it again
- Locked cells can't be selected, again, which is the right behavior
