SciDavIs. It's not packaged for Ubuntu yet (though request was sent) so I used debian package. But Ubuntu and Debian have different Qt's versions (Debian's begin with "4:") so even if all dependencies are in place it thinks that package is broken. The problem is that doing this can be REALLY dangerous, because the broken dependencies might accidentally uninstall a kernel or all sorts of things. If you really know what you are doing, then as you know you can get around it using command-line tools. That's not really a bug.
