Thanks for your bug report and your work. Unfortunately, your patch doesn't work (you changed the path where the documentation is installed, even if it can be done easier), but some more cluttering has to be done on gtk-doc integration side to make it appears in devhelp (for instance, mv /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/clutter to /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/clutter-1.0 doesn't make it available).
