I'm also affected by this, when attempting to create a new connection. When the "Connect to Hidden..." dialog is displayed and a connection other than "New" selected, the associated secrets are not loaded, which in turn means the "Connect" button is not enabled. If it turns out that this bug is specific to the specific WPA2/Enterprise configuration, then it should be un-DUP'd. Maybe the WPA2 connection dialog and connect to hidden dialog suffer from the same bug, but bug report #446394 seems to be pretty specifically only about the connect to hidden dialog. Turns out I had an outdated certificate.
