https://one.ubuntu.com/contacts/ gives "Page Not Found (404) Unfortunately, the page you've requested has not been found." for me. I have had a pre-installed CouchDB Addressbook in my Evolution, however, these contacts are not synced with my other computer and -as mentioned above- I cannot see if they are even uploaded since I cannot access the web page.
