[Bug 453756] Re: Thunderbird Duplicate RSS messages
Hi Flux user, Thank you for having taken the time to report a problem with Ubuntu and Thunderbird. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You made this bug report in 2009 regarding Thunderbird and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time. Your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket? Or, if it still might be a problem, it would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once: apport-collect BUGNUMBER and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue. [Bug 453756] Re: Thunderbird Duplicate RSS messages
Inside the report it states: UnreportableReason: This is not a genuine Ubuntu package In synaptic; it shows the Ubuntu Icon next to the package name; which implies it's an Ubuntu supported package. Unless I have misunderstood. The version tab in synaptic shows: 2.0.0.23+build1+nobinonly--ubuntu0.9.04.1 (jaunty-updates) 2.0.0.21+nobinonly-0ubuntu1.9.04.1 (jaunty) -- Thunderbird Duplicate RSS messages https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/453756 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
