[Bug 457482] Re: Couldn't share keys error message on startup
Have the same error at every start in openSUSE 11.2. It happens on the desktop PC connected to the net via Ethernet cable. So it has nothing to do with the wireless connection. According to xprop the error is shown by seahorse-daemon process. -- Couldn't share keys error message on startup https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/457482 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 457482] Re: Couldn't share keys error message on startup
To stop this error from showing up on every system start I did the next: - launched Passwords and Encryption Keys application - menu Remote - Sync and Publish Keys... - button Key Servers in Sync Keys dialog - tab Key Sharing in Preferences window - unchecked checkbox Share my keys with others on my network -- Couldn't share keys error message on startup https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/457482 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 457482] Re: Couldn't share keys error message on startup
I *think* this bug affects me, too. When shutting the computer down, I get an error message: Couldn't share keys Can't publish discovery information on the network. However, the popup has no title, so I cannot be sure which program generates this error message. I think it has to do with UPnP discovery of LAN, as this error message popped up again while upgrading the avahi- daemon today. -- Couldn't share keys error message on startup https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/457482 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
