With the 1.1.40 version of Wine, Winzip 11.2 fr : - was successfully installed - was successfully launched and used. I used the GIT repository of wine in order to get the latest version. I added a test report into the Wine Application database. Try upgrading to the latest Wine, using https://edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-wine/+archive/ppa, if you haven't already.
