[Bug 461109] Re: Adding new machine wipe ubuntu one contents

2009-10-26 Thread Joshua Hoover
** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

Adding my desktop wipes the ubuntu servers then when synchronize with my
laptop it wipes the contents there also ! I am afraid that I don't have
  another copy of the files.

+ Steps taken:
+
+ 1- Added the files from my laptop to the ~/Ubuntu One folder
+ 2- Every thing was uploaded correctly
+ 3- Add my desktop to my Ubuntu One account
+ 4- In my dekstop all the folders are synchronized but none of the files were
downloaded
+ 5- Checked my Ubuntu One files on the web, to see that 500 MB were wiped out
+ 6- returning to my laptop to see that all the contents were renamed to be
conflicted with the web contents !

[Bug 461109] Re: Adding new machine wipe ubuntu one contents

2009-10-26 Thread Joshua Hoover
I'm attaching the contents of the ~/Ubuntu One/ folder after this
problem occurred. The laptop was the original computer on the account.
