There is nothing to look at. This isn't an aMSN bug, this is quite clearly a window manager bug, and in this case, this is a Compiz bug. Please clone/reassign this bug to compiz. I have the same problème when i close or minimize the amsn window, i still have trace of the bottom of the window.
