I'm just got this issue when I updated 9.10 base install to KDE SE 4.4.2. The problem most people are having is most likely not the same as the original report. Most probably this is because the python bindings were broken in KDE 4.4 up until RC3. Can anyone still confirm this? I can't on an up-to-date lucid. I had no problem with my Software Sources until I upgraded to RC2. Since then, I have had the same problem.
