Shouldn't the priority of this bug be raised? https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter is a specification for software developers. It is not a help page in any sense, and help pages shouldn't link to it. Ubuntu Software Center help should be mirrored on help.ubuntu.com in the same way that Synaptic help, Users Settings help, Encryption and Keyrings help, and Personal File Sharing help should be. I think most places on the web currently link to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter, though we probably need a community doc page for it as well.
