Compiz with Emerald theme Manager as decorator. Emerald/Fusion Icon config w/Wombat Blue Theme from Gnome Looks.org. This bug was also in Jaunty amd64. The bug is reproduce-able, but not on demand. It is after running OS and opening and closing Totem, Transmission, update...etc, but it happens on a regular basis...three to four times a week. Sometimes I go to HOME and click desktop and items appear...last time did not.
