Public bug reported: Since 3-4 days, I'm getting a "new" boot sequece.
It works! ^ I log in GDM ^ I do Alt-SysRq-K ^ I end up on a white screen that have all of the proprieties of my desktop (menus appears when i click on the right spots) ^ I do Ctrl-Alt-F7 ^ usplash says that it can't mount my external hard drive (D'uh! It's unplugged!) ^ usplash ^ Grub2 ^ Bios The white screen part and the buggy usplash really get in the way there. I know that I should put more details on this, but I don't really have time for this... ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- White screen on boot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/490129 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
