Since 3-4 days, I'm getting a "new" boot sequece.

It works!

I log in GDM
^
I do Alt-SysRq-K
^
I end up on a white screen that have all of the proprieties of my desktop 
(menus appears when i click on the right spots)

I do Ctrl-Alt-F7
^
usplash says that it can't mount my external hard drive (D'uh! It's unplugged!)
^
usplash
^
Grub2
^
Bios

The white screen part and the buggy usplash really get in the way there.
I know that I should put more details on this, but I don't really have time for 
this...
