2007-06-28 Thread TLE
Ok in light of the comment I'm reopening this bug. So far I've marked it as
incomplete.
Before we go any further I just want to know if the bug is still present in
Ubuntu 7.04

[Bug 49140] Re: The dictionary is not registered with Emacs

2007-04-02 Thread Jon Kjaersgaard
It is definitly _not_ fixed under dapper (use that distro at work, and
we have that problem)

At home I use edgy and I have the same problem.
I have just downloaded and unpacked the actual aspell-da - .deb file.
Support for dictionaries-common is not included in the deb file.
A short google search indicates that you need to do some magic using
dictionaries-common-dev.
Maybee the maintainer of the aspell-da doesn't know that.

Ok I will close it. I'm sorry that this bug hasn't been looked at
sooner.

Since I can't confirm for sure that there was a fix. I'm changing the
status to rejected.

[Bug 49140] Re: The dictionary is not registered with Emacs

2007-01-07 Thread TLE
Thank you for reporting this bug.

Two things.
1. Is this bug still active in Edgy ?
2. In Edgy at least (I don't remember about Dapper) I don't have this problem.
But I seem to remember messing with it. Now normally emacs uses ispell but in
Ubuntu we only have aspell. Is it possible that it is only some sort of a
setting that needs to be made, or an extra package the need to be installed in
order to ensure that they can work together.

I was not able to reproduce the bug on my Edgy installation.

I suppose the bug can be closed now.
