This is one of the very few packages of the whole distribution which
stores binaries in /usr/games, the end result is we end up with a
/usr/games dir which is nearly empty, and it sits there in the /usr
hierarchy just to host a couple of files, so please, relocate "fortune"
to /usr/bin, i know this dir is there for historical reasons but it's
hilarious to have a whole dir in /usr just for one file or two
