[Bug 499496] Re: Empathy loses connection
I'm not original author, but the same problem occurs with ICQ and Office Communicator accounts (Office Communicator connected via pidgin_sipe plug-in). Two other accounts work perfectly (google talk, facebook). Sorry, I forgot: Empathy version is 2.34.0-0ubuntu3.1.
