In the last few months, I've sent out a few cover letters for a job application using OO.o and then exporting to PDF, assuming this would be readable on ANY system. On two occasions I've had an (embarrassing) situation that I had to resend the letter using plain text or (gulp!) MS office .doc format. This is where the rubber hits the road regarding interoperability with other OSes, please test this feature every time on a few windows versions when OO.o is updated!!!
