I second, triple, quadruple the motion here. In Jaunty, nslcd is included in the package. In Karmic, nslcd was broken out to a separate package - and was only specified as recommended. THIS CAUSES MASSIVE HEADACHES, ULCERS, CRAMPS, AND WEIGHT GAIN!!! Can we PLEASE get this relationship changed to depends?! Yes, the libnss-ldapd package should depend on nslcd.
