Public bug reported: Binary package hint: thunderbird
Since a short time ago I have big trouble with attachments in any received mail: in the mail list the small attachment icon is displayed. When I open the mail, there is no attachement displayed in the mail window. When I go back to the mail list, the attachment icon disappears. Sometimes when I activate "Show inline attachments" the attachements are displayed. When I have a look in the email source code I can find an attachement, e.g.: --=-------------12620291289429495878 Content-Type: application/octet-stream; name="Dienstplan 1 Welt Jan 10-April 10.doc" Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Dienstplan 1 Welt Jan 10-April 10.doc" Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 0M8R4KGxGuEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPgADAP7/CQAGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABAAAATAAAAAAA AAAAEAAATgAAAAEAAAD+////AAAAAEsAAAD///////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 CheckboxSubmission: e27141b8feed9a0134eefdd87f008818 CheckboxSystem: 558fbfb2a1258711a37bb7e23c5d4e6e Date: Sun Jan 17 16:32:17 2010 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: mozilla-thunderbird (not installed) ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=de_DE.UTF-8 PATH=(custom, no user) LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-17.54-386 SourcePackage: thunderbird Uname: Linux 2.6.31-17-386 i686 ** Affects: thunderbird (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 -- Attachments are not displayed any longer in the mail https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/508788 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
