This affects me too. :~$ grep metacity .xsession-errors Window manager warning: Failed to read saved session file /home/jonathon/.config/metacity/sessions/107af94427bcf03b4812684382136559040013140004.ms: Failed to open file '/home/jonathon/.config/metacity/sessions/107af94427bcf03b4812684382136559040013140004.ms': No such file or directory Problem is repeatable on each boot. Metacity doesn't load automatically and has to be started manually.
