Public bug reported: The attached program very simple program crashes on a segmentation fault. The fragment comes from a much larger program, but it proves easily to reproduce.
Environment: 64-bit ubuntu 9.10 on AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5400+ glibc 2.10.1-0ubuntu16 (karmic-updates) gcc 4.4.1.
