Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in

As mentioned in bug 455544, the current workaround is to either remove or
rename: ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf
This will reset the syncdaemon.conf file. For the time being, don't set the
bandwidth usage preference.
