Sam,
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
One better. Sorry you are having trouble with Ubuntu One. This particular bug
has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug 458393, so it is being
marked as such. Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any
missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround
for the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should
occur in the other report. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you
may find.
From the Terminal you can use:
u1sdtool --current-transfers
to see the current transfers taking place.
There have been a lot of requests like yours for more tools to show
'whats going on'. So a lot more options have been added to this tool in
the new Beta version. In the upcoming Ubuntu release, Lucid, there will
be even more changes to Ubutnu One based on all the feedback from users.
It will be the ideas and suggestions from users like you that will make
Ubuntu One a wonderful tool. I will make sure to pass along your
comments to the Ubuntu One developers.
You can visit the Ubuntu One troubleshooting/Bugs page for some help on ways to
debug different aspects of Ubuntu One, as well as a list of common bugs.
