[Bug 521499] Re: k3b crashes with Asus K51 AC

2010-07-13 Thread nono
I wrote a bug report also to the K3b maintainers who told me after reading my
log that they have fixed the bug and solved the problem.
Since my first comment, there was an issue of a new distribution of Kubuntu.
And with the new Kubuntu 10.4 there is also shipped the newest version of K3b
with the bug fixed so that I have no more problems.
Sorry, I forgot this report on launchpad.net, otherwise I 'd have written an
answer.
Greetings
Nono

2010-07-12 Thread Rohan Garg
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. However, according to this report, you are not using the
most recent version of this package for your Ubuntu release. Please
upgrade to the most recent version and let us know if you are still
having this issue. Thanks in advance.

The crash comes with different medias allways after the lead in is
written. I think this is a problem with the hardware. So if you also
have the same device or computer, just try to write some mp3-files on a
disc.
if you want, I attach the bug-report written by k3b:
