I was able to test this yesterday and got past where it was hanging. I did run into some errors with my squashfs, but it could have been due to my rebuild or media. Eric posted a fixed version of the kernel for lucid here: http://people.canonical.com/~ycmiao/dove-x0test/ It is reported to work, but I have not personally tested yet.
