I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One is not working properly for you. I have noticed that you have bandwidth throttling enabled & the "read limit" & "write limit" set to 0. In this use case, 0 actually means 0 & as such, ubuntuone will not send/ receive any data. Please disable bandwidth throttling or adjust the "write limit" & "read limit" to an arbitrarily high number to allow ubuntuone to send & receive data.
