Having reviewed the other bug I confirm this is a duplicate as indicated by
Roman. I also experience the related problem reported under Bug #515053
  where files are
not listed even though synch is complete. I reported this under Bug 542845.

The enclosed screenshots show the same problem with less sensitive files. If
you compare 2 with 4, and 3 with 5 you will see the same lists of files in
differing orders. These were produced by just selecting between these two
folders one after the other and producing screenshots.
