Unfortunately, hibernate doesn't work so I'm unable to try to reproduce the bug thus. Regular suspend does work and it doesn't reproduce it. I don't understand what you mean by we've upgraded the graphic drivers for kernel 2.6.32.16. Is there a newer version of the Kernel 2.6.32.16 that the one I have right now that I should download and install or should I try to reproduce the error with the same kernel I'm on right now? I can install a later kernel if you point me to a repository or a deb package. I found a deb for kernel 2.6.33-020633-generic on http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline.
