Steps to reproduce:

- add a text file containing a .desktop path for one of Evolution, Empathy or 
Gwibber in ~/.config/indicators/messages/applications-blacklist/
- the corresponding entry disappears from Messaging Menu
- log out and log in
- the blacklisted program appears again in MM

Using:
indicator-messages 0.3.3-0ubuntu2
