This bug was actually not fixed. The problem is twofold: 1. Solid action files have incorrect content. This was fixed in VLC's master git branch just recently on 22.11.2010 (commit 99ebae0c04aa2ce0b3085fbba78f4245c713d9c2). 2. The files in question are installed into a wrong location. The correct one is /usr/share/kde4/apps/solid/actions/.
