Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

I am not sure if this is a problem with network manager or NotifyOSD or
both.

When the notification comes up to inform the user that wireless networks
are available, it asks them to click on the icon to proceed further. The
OSD isn't clickable and it is unclear what the user should do next in
order to connect to one of the detected wireless networks.
