oops that was sudo apt-get install python-indicate (simply updating your
system should automatically install python indicate)

BrandonTomlinson, sudo apt-get install logout and login again and you
wont see 'setup broadcast accounts' this bug is already fixed in Lucid
if you update your system to latest gwibber

So the indicator should be left at "set up broadcast account". At the
very least change that to 'Broadcast' when 1 or more accounts are
configured.

It seems like the user should be able to mark certain accounts as
'alert', maybe even alert on mention.

Ken, but in this case it's not "following friends" (being notified of
*all* their updates), but following messages directed at you (*only*
replies and mentions). Is it really still an abuse in this case? I'd say
a direct message deserves attention.

This was actually by design, following friends on social networks
doesn't require immediate attention.  We don't want to abuse draw-
attention, that should be reserved for messaging that requires
attention.
