So the indicator should be left at "set up broadcast account". At the very least change that to 'Broadcast' when 1 or more accounts are configured. Ken, but in this case it's not "following friends" (being notified of *all* their updates), but following messages directed at you (*only* replies and mentions). Is it really still an abuse in this case? This was actually by design, following friends on social networks doesn't require immediate attention.
