Public bug reported: Binary package hint: pidgin
I am using Lucid, and Pidgin is operating on the default settings. I am attempting to send a file to another user on Aim. When I send the file the transfer shows up fine. When the user on the other side chooses to accept it the file transfer is reported to have 'failed'. From my end it shows up as: NameOfUser cancelled the transfer of Filename.ext ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: pidgin 1:2.6.6-1ubuntu4 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-19.28-preempt 2.6.32.10+drm33.1 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-19-preempt x86_64 Architecture: amd64 Date: Mon Apr 5 03:30:28 2010 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 "Lucid Lynx" - Beta amd64 (20100318) ProcEnviron: LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: pidgin ** Affects: pidgin (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug lucid -- Pidgin - Aim File Transfer Fails https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/555566 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
