Same problem after upgrading from 9.10 (stable) to 10.4 stable. I also just upgraded from Karmic to Lucid (64 bit) and had the same problem. I had this issue with vuze/azureus after upgrading to Ubuntu 10.04. (see bug duplicates). FWIW, on other bug reports for amd64 someone said the re-install of swt didn't work for them.
