Yes, I suppose this does occur randomly. It seemed to happen after an
update which is why I filed it. If I notice this again I will gather
some hard data and reopen this.

Thanks for taking time to report this bug. Can you please confirm if
this is still an issue. I saw this issue once, I think this might have
been caused due to inavailability of internet for a very small time.
anyways should we close this bug if this is still not an issue?
