Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: metacity
At login windows appear without title bars. If I manually start metacity
or compiz the window titles appear.
I've tried removing ~/.gconf/desktop/gnome/session/required_components
and disabling visual effects but no window titles appear upon restart.
This looks like a duplicate of #560082 but I can confirm for me compiz
is definitely installed
