Public bug reported: Binary package hint: sound-juicer
I have found a bug while ripping CDs to MP3. At the first track a error appears: "Error while ripping CD - Can't write on resource" (translated from german) A file with the Name ".[Artist] - [Title].mp3" is created with whole song, but with broken lenght and bitrate informations. Looks like xingmux does a wrong job. My gstreamer pipeline is: audio/x-raw-int,rate=44100,channels=2 ! lame name=enc vbr=4 vbr- quality=0 ! xingmux ! id3v2mux I installed the following packages: lame gstreamer-plugins-ugly gstreamer-plugins-ugly-multiverse (including dependencies) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: sound-juicer 2.28.1-2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-21.32-generic 2.6.32.11+drm33.2 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-21-generic i686 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Architecture: i386 Date: Tue Apr 20 15:26:40 2010 ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=de_DE:de:en_GB:en PATH=(custom, user) LANG=de_DE.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: sound-juicer ** Affects: sound-juicer (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 lucid -- [Lucid] error while ripping CD to mp3 - "Can't write on resource" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/567259 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
