[Bug 575166] Re: Cannot stream Netroadshow content despite having appropriate media content in Ubuntu 10.04
This bug is considered invalid as Flash was not one of the options for viewing, which was what prompted this bug to begin with. As well, this does not seem like a Firefox bug whatsoever. Hence, this bug is considered closed. ** Changed in: null Status: New => Invalid ** Changed in: firefox Status: New => Invalid ** Changed in: firefox (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Invalid -- Cannot stream Netroadshow content despite having appropriate media content in Ubuntu 10.04 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/575166 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 575166] Re: Cannot stream Netroadshow content despite having appropriate media content in Ubuntu 10.04
It appears that this problem may not be a bug in Adobe Flash Player, but with how my "Windows Media Player" or "Real Player" equivalent application presents itself to the website and vice versa. The reason is because of the following test: I used Windows XP, I did not have Real Player installed, uninstalled Windows Media Player components, disabled Windows Media Player ActiveX components in IE, installed the newest Adobe Flash Player, and navigated to the page. I got the same error prompt, but when I looked at IE -> "Tools" -> "Manage Add-Ons", the Shockwave Flash Object was loaded into IE and enabled. -- Cannot stream Netroadshow content despite having appropriate media content in Ubuntu 10.04 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/575166 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. Unfortunately, the site will not allow me to see the source of that page so I cannot see what it is trying to open. I suggest contacting the site in question. If you find out what the problem is from them, please let us know. Please report any other issues you may find. ** Changed in: firefox (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- Cannot stream Netroadshow content despite having appropriate media content in Ubuntu 10.04 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/575166 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
