Public bug reported: Binary package hint: netbook-launcher
If a non-full screen app is placed so that it partially over laps some desktop icons, then when them mouse is moved onto an icon, then the icon is highlighted. However, if the mouse is moved back onto the app, without first leaving the icon's area, then the highlight is not removed from the icon. The mouse can then be moved over another icon to highlight it as well. The highlights are only removed from the icons when the mouse moves from the icon onto another area of the desktop.
